The Paris Moment: Great Early French Photographers - A Lecture

FREE ART PHOTOGRAPHY LECTURE APRIL 20, 2011

The Paris Moment: Great Early French Photographers

Photography was invented in France, and its early masters were all based in Paris. Join us for a lecture by Marcia Treiger on the great French photographers who explored this new medium and showed the world how photographs can be fine art. We will look at the work of Atget, Brassai, Lartigue, Cartier-Bresson and others.
