This is the world premiere story of the red smear campaign used to defeat Claude Pepper in the 1950 Florida US Senate seat.  Written by off Broadway playwright and Carrollwood resident, Suzanne Willett.  

Red Pepper features indie, local actors Jared O'Roard as Claude Pepper, Dana Kovar as Mildred Pepper and Tom Bronson as George Smathers.

The show opens Oct 7 and runs through Oct 22.  

Show time is 8pm.  

Tix: $15 or $7 for students with ID.  Indie patron ticket includes reserved front row seats, autographed program, program ad ($50 each).
