A SPRING CONCERT with the Carrollwood Winds Community Concert Band

Carrollwood Cultural Center’s community band, Carrollwood Winds, under the musical direction of Mark Watson, will take the stage for their annual Spring Concert.

The concert will include a collection of folk tunes such as American Riversongs, Country Gardens, Kentucky 1800, Walking Tune and Southwest Saga.

Carrollwood Winds is a concert band comprised of local community members who are committed to performance. The band performs a wide range of literature at the high school and college level. Members of the band are not beginners or novices, but experienced amateur musicians. The band formed shortly after the Carrollwood Cultural Center opened in 2008 and rehearses every Monday evening at the Center.
