LifePath Fashion Show Attracts Frugal Fashionistas

Some don't know about the variety of designer fashion clothing that can be found at the LifePath Hospice - Life's Treasures thrift stores in Carrollwood and south Tampa.

This weekend, the Chapters Health PACE Center hosted a fashion show featuring items donated to the LifePath Hospice thrift stores. Brand labels, such as Chico, Dooney & Bourke, Nine West, Chanel, and Ann Taylor were well represented in the fashion line up. 

The emcee for the event was News Channel 8 anchor Gayle Sierens, who shared with the audience her family's positive experiences with hospice's services. Volunteers from the two LifePath Hospice - Life's Treasures thrift stores were the models for the event. As Sierens read the well written, often humorous descriptions of the outfits, the models frolicked through the audience seating area creating a fun and entertaining atmosphere. At the end of the show, all of the fashions displayed were for sale and attendees could literally "buy the clothes from the models' backs." 

The LifePath Hospice - Life's Treasures thrift stores are located at 1918 South Dale Mabry in the south Tampa area and in Carrollwood at 4802 Gunn Highway.
