During Wednesday morning rush hour, they donned red shirts and held signs while drivers made their way down Dale Mabry for their commutes to work and school.

Their purpose: Proclaiming their opposition to a rezoning project.

Members of 813CARe, a grass roots organization that stands for Carrollwood Against Rezoning, organized their first road rally this morning to voice their concerns about the rezoning of commercial space by a Florida-based development company called Brightwork to build a Walmart and Wawa convenience store on the northwest corner of Floyd Road.
