Northdale's Fall Events Include Music, Costume Contest

Events kick off this week

If you're looking for some fun events in Northdale this fall, we found a few that you can check out:

  • Oct. 22: A community-wide garage sale will be held from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Northdale Park, 15550 Spring Pine Drive. For more information, contact Nancy Stearns at nstearns@tampabay.rr.com.
  • Oct. 28: Northdale Park's Howl O'Ween dog parade and costume contest will be held at 6 p.m. There will be live music in the park, and a kids Halloween dance from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. For more information, contact Rick Valdez at 813-269-1366.
  • Nov. 5: The Northdale Civic Association and the Bob Sierra YMCA will sponsor the 10th annual Northdale 5K Pumpkin Run and 1-mile Family Run/Walk. The event will be held at 8 a.m. at the Y's location, 4015 Ragg Road. For more information, contact Phillip Newman at 813-962-3220.
  • Nov. 18: Also, the NCA is presenting a "Musical Picnic in the Park" at 6 p.m. at Northdale Park. For more information, go here.
