Mark Your Calendar: Live Nativity Celebration Planned

Village Presbyterian Church will perform the nativity on Fri. December 21 and Sat. December 22.

For over thirty years, the Village Presbyterian Church Live Nativity has been a Christmas tradition in the Carrollwood Village community, lighting up the corner of South Village Drive and Carrollwood Village Run.

It is not uncommon to find people in the crowd who remember the first performance in 1980, as well as former cast members who have brought their children to watch the Christmas star light up the night sky.

The 32nd Annual Live Nativity will be performed on Friday, December 21 and Saturday, December 22 on the front lawn of the church which is located at 13115 S. Village Drive. Arrive at 6:15 p.m. with chairs and blankets to secure a good viewing spot and enjoy hot chocolate. There will be live music and children will be able to meet the animals. The performance will begin at 7 p.m.
