Legos, Gardening and Finances Part of Library Events

If you're looking for some free fun this week, here's a rundown of what's going on at the Jimmie Keel Regional Library:

• Enhance your yard at "Master Gardener: Flowering Shrubs and Vines" at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8 at the library, 2902 W. Bearss Avenue.
• Take the kids to "Toddler Time" at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 9. The same day, there's also "Art After School" at 4 p.m. and "Family Reading Time" at 7 p.m. Also at 7 p.m. is "Financial Independence, Security & Retirement from a Woman's Perspective."
• "Lego My Library" will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 10. Also at 6 p.m. will be a game for teens called "Libraryopoly."
• Learn more about online shopping during a class at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, May 11.
• Finally, take the little ones to "Paws to Read" at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 12, where they can read with a therapy dog.
