Inaugural Dress For Success Walk a Success

Power Walk for Dress for Success held this past Saturday drew dozens and raised thousands.

On Saturday, dozens of people took to Westfield Citrus Park Mall to walk for a good cause. It was the inaugural Power Walk for Dress for Success, a nationwide event that raises money for Dress For Success.

The 5k walk promoted the Health and Wellness initiative of the Professional Women’s Group, a program which provides successfully employed
Dress for Success clients with a network of support, practical information and inspiration to achieve self-defined success.

More than 60 people showed up at Westfield Citrus Park early Saturday morning to walk. The event raised $8,000.

"Our inaugural walk was a success and we look forward to next year," wrote Amanda M. Uliano, President of the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Tampa Bay.
