Florida Blood Services: Urgent Need for Donors
The nonprofit has a location in Northdale.
Tropical Storm Isaac has impacted blood collections over the weekend forcing operations to halt in many areas due to weather conditions. Blood donations are needed immediately.
The blood center is operating in the Tampa Bay area today and we are asking all eligible donors to please visit a mobile unit blood drive or stop in at one of our many branch locations and donate today and help replenish the blood supply.
All blood types are needed especially Rh negative blood types and platelets.
Donors can donate at any FBS location or at a bloodmobile.
