- Want a free cup of coffee? Carrollwood Patch is sponsoring a free coffee event today from 7:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at J. Christopher's, 14366 N. Dale Mabry Highway. Stop by to learn more about Patch and grab a cup of coffee on your way to work.
- Later today, a public meeting regarding speed humps in Old Carrollwood will be held at Carrollwood Elementary School, 3516 McFarland Road. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
- At 6 p.m. on Friday, comedian, actor and radio show host Steve Harvey will be signing his new book at Barnes & Noble in Carrollwood, 11802 N. Dale Mabry Highway.
- On Saturday and Sunday, the Carrollwood Cultural Center, 4537 Lowell Road, is hosting "Arts in the Park" until 5 p.m.
