Dark Skies Dominate Forecast
Area residents can expect rain to continue through much of the early part of the week.
The sky over Carrollwood Monday, July 1 gave credence to local forecasts calling for rain throughout the day and into most of the week.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service's Ruskin office say rain is likely through Wednesday. Chances of rain drop in time for the Fourth of July, but wet weather is still a possibility.
