Cultural Center to Unveil Lineup of Spring, Summer Classes

Residents can sign up for classes at the Carrollwood Cultural Center during the April 4 open house.

Residents wanting to learn how to take better photos with their digital camera, how to play the guitar or how to choose the best foods for healthy living are invited to an open house at the Carrollwood Cultural Center April 4 to check out the center's lineup of spring and summer classes.

At the Carrollwood Cultural Center, 4537 Lowell Rd., Tampa, you can learn a new skill, revisit an old one or simply check one more thing off your bucket list.

Classes include music, dance, art, fitness, nutrition, computers and are available for residents age 1 to 100.

The open house and class preview will take place Thursday, April 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Instructors will be available to answer questions, and anyone who registers for a class during the open house will receive 5 percent off his or her total tuition.
