Carrollwood Patch Becomes 'Carrollwood-Northdale Patch'

The name change took effect today.

Since we launched Carrollwood Patch on Dec. 29, 2010, we've tried to cover a variety of issues in the Carrollwood area.

Those have ranged from the and on Dale Mabry to.

We've also been dedicated to covering the community of Northdale, with its small business community and the opening of Whole Foods in late 2012.

To show our commitment to both communities, we changed the name of our site to "Carrollwood-Northdale Patch."

The change reflects our dedication to covering issues in both communities, while allowing them to maintain their separate identities.
