Art, Excel, and Brain Health Part of Library Events

Find out what's going on at the Jimmie Keel Regional Library, 2902 W. Bearss Avenue

If you're looking for some free fun this week, here's a rundown of what's going on at the Jimmie Keel Regional Library:

  • Work on projects just right for little hands at "Wee Artists" at 11:30  a.m. today at the library, 2902 W. Bearrs Avenue.
  • Learn to create a spreadsheet at “Introduction to Excel 2010 and Excel 2010: Tables” on Tuesday, May 15 at 6:15 p.m. 
  • Take the kids to "Toddler Time" at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16. The same day, there's also "Art After School" at 4 p.m. and "Family   Time" at 7 p.m. Also at 7 p.m. is "Maintain Your Brain" workshop presented by the Alzheimer’s Association.
  • "Teen Advisory Board" will be meet at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 17.
  • Learn more about eBooks and eReaders during a class at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, May 18.
  • Finally, non-native speakers are offered an “English Conversation” class at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 19.
