Carrollwood business organization is active in the community
It was an emotional year for Carrollwood Area Business Association, or CABA. The group joyously celebrated its 25th anniversary in January and mourned the unexpected passing of its founder in September.
Let’s take a look back and visit some of the stories of what the organization did in 2011 and find out what it is coming up in 2012.

CABA will host its first 2012 CABA After 5 on Jan. 4 at , 14303 North Dale Mabry Highway. CABA After 5 is designed to allow business professionals to mix and mingle. The event runs from 5:30-7 p.m. RSVP on their website.
The first CABA Power Lunch of 2012 will be on Jan. 5 at , 11777 North Dale Mabry Highway. RSVP on their website.

CABA Coffee meets at different member businesses throughout Carrollwood. The first CABA Coffee of 2012 will be on Jan. 11 at Great Clips, 13129B North Dale Mabry Highway. The meeting begins at 7:30 a.m. RSVP on their website.
CABA has an Expo planned for March; however, date, location and time are still to be determined.
