"Reclaim Your Health" Educational Series being offered by Wellness By Dessa

It's not too late to sign up for the first class in the series!  Starts tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.

Do you want to start a healthy lifestyle, but don't know where to begin?  Wellness By Dessa, A Holistic Natural Approach to Well-Being offers classes to get you started.

 
First Class is Basic Nutritional Foundations, August 24, 2013 at 9:00 am - 11:00 am at the Temple Terrace Family Recreation Complex.
