First Fit at Westfield Citrus Park Shopping Mall Opens Doors For Grand Opening

First Fit Health and Fitness Studio will hold a grand opening on Saturday, March 29 at Westfield Citrus Park Shopping Mall from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The health and fitness studio has been open since February 15th.

First Fit is the first health and fitness studio to open inside a shopping mall in Tampa Bay.  Owners, Joey Graham, local NBA professional and Jim White, creator and former big box gym manager are on a mission to revolutionize the fitness experience in the region.

“The grand opening gives individuals the unique opportunity to try the ‘First Fit’ way to healthy living and fitness,” said Graham.  “As a professional athlete, I have seen first-hand that this new fitness regiment has elevated my performance levels.”

The grand opening will include live demonstrations, giveaways and health and wellness tips. The first 100 people will receive First Fit t-shirts. All attendees will be entered in a raffle for a free 90-day membership.

Special appearances and autograph opportunities with local athletes including Joey Graham will be available.

“We want everyone to experience the energy that makes our studio standout against the rest,” said White.  “When creating the First Fit formula, I combined time-friendly, fast paced, full body workouts with nutrition coaching in a fun, boutique setting.”

First Fit is located in Westfield Citrus Park Shopping Mall. Monthly packages as well as individual classes are available.
