 a &ndash\; The Life Enrichment Center is registering now for a new 6 wee
 k class for adults\,&nbsp\;Pastels: Pure and Simple Fun.&nbsp\; Whether 
 you never tried pastels in your life\, or you want to take your pastel p
 ainting to the next level\, this class is for you. You will learn the ba
 sics of this wonderful medium and techniques to take your work from the 
 ordinary to the extraordinary. Since pastels are made from pigment (just
  like acrylic\, oil and watercolor)\, but made into solid sticks\, you w
 ill be amazed at the painterly quality you can achieve and the brilliant
  colors to use at your fingertips since there is no mixing. Demonstratio
 ns\, lots of individual attention\, and lots of fun.\n&nbsp\;\nPastels m
 eets on Mondays from January 7th through February 25\, 2013 from 1:00 p.
 m.-3:00 p.m. and is open to all levels.&nbsp\;The class meets at the Lif
 e Enrichment Center\, 9704 North Boulevard\, Tampa.&nbsp\; Cost for the 
 class is $75 for Life Enrichment Center members or $90 for non-members.&
 nbsp\; Annual membership starts at $30.\n&nbsp\;\nAward winning artist L
 orraine Potocki teaches the class. Her medium\, pastels\, allows her to 
 capture the beauty of Florida's beaches\, wildlife\, and environment. Sh
 e has exhibited her work widely throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond
 . Ms. Potocki graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in 
 Fine Arts and Education and continues to use both areas of expertise in 
 her career.\n&nbsp\;\nClass size is limited and requires advance registr
