Lee Roy Selmon's newest location in Carrollwood is set to open to the public on Wednesday, December 5, but the restaurant will give back to a special cause during an exclusive pre-opening dinner to benefit the University of South Florida's Mentoring U Selmon Style program on Tuesday, December 4. The program assists University of South Florida student-athletes in recognizing and reaching their potential by seeking mentorship and support from professional experts and leaders.
