Each week, we begin with a gathering, where you can come in, enjoy some refreshments, and settle in with fellow job-seekers from all backgrounds as you, in a relaxed setting.  You'll quickly discover that your issues are similar to those of others.

Next, we devote a part of each weekly meeting to helping our members, by providing inspirational readings, reflections that speak to our spirits.  Often, the most challenging part of a job search is keeping ourselves emotionally and spiritually intact.  We help you understand that you are not alone in this search process, and that you have more help from Above than you may realize, and that what you are feeling is not unique (just new to you)

After a short break, we spend the rest of the morning helping you with a particular aspect of job search.  One week it may be about identifying your transferrable skills, or developing a cover letter that grabs an interviewers attention.  Or it may be a resume workshop, how to use social networking tools like LinkedIn in job search, or where the new jobs can be found in this rapidly changing and uncertain economy.

Oh Yes - we do give you one-on-one help with your improving your resume, cover letter etc.

And much much more.....

Serving the local community since 1970, St. Paul's Catholic Church is located near Stall Road just off North Dale Mabry. It offers many programs for youth, adults and for people "in between jobs." The grounds are vast, and you can stroll through the "path of peace" near its butterfly garden. Father Len Piotrowski has held the reins for the last eight years and has overseen the expansion to 80 different ministries. There is always some sort of humanitarian effort going on at the church. The website is comprehensive and user-friendly.
