DESCRIPTION:The 13th Annual Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival occurs Janu
 ary 17-26\, 2013. This year&rsquo\;s exciting festival promotes diversit
 y and cultural sensitivity. The 10-day enriching celebration includes: a
  Living History Art Exhibit featuring pioneer civil rights leaders Harry
  and Harriette Moore\; an inspiring leadership luncheon\; annual Martin 
 Luther King\, Jr. Day parade\; a special film screening focusing on rele
 vant cultural issues\; empowerment seminars and much more!\n&nbsp\;\nThe
  two day street festival is the centerpiece of the Heritage Festival fea
 turing musical entertainment from smooth sounds of jazz saxophonist Eric
  Darius and soulful all-female Pop/R&amp\;B band Klymaxx. The street fes
 tival also includes six interactive &ldquo\;villages&rdquo\;\, delicious
 \, ethnic food concessions and craft vendors. The six villages include:&
 nbsp\; an Artist Village\, an Author Village\, a Children Village\, a Gr
 eek Village\, a Health Village and a Corporate Village. Bring the entire
