Hillsborough Kids, a nonprofit agency that helps abused and neglected kids, is hosting its first ever Holiday Lunch and Learn series to help teens in foster care during the holidays.

The event will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 30, and speakers will talk about topics in child welfare, have lunch, tour the food pantry and the clothing closet.

The lunch will be paid for by the organization (courtesy of Noah's Cafe) if you bring a holiday gift card of any amount to benefit the teens.

Lunch will be served from noon until 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Hillsborough Kids in the Family Place's building at 9391 N. Florida Avenue in Tampa.
