The Life Enrichment Center at 9704 N. Boulevard in Forest Hills is offering a class that will incorporate "moderate levels of cardiovascular conditioning, balance, flexibility and strengthening segments," according to a release from the Center.

The class will meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. starting May 1. The cost is $36 per month. The class is 60 minutes long.
