Carmel Café & Wine Bar's grand opening in Carrollwood at 14306 N. Dale Mabry Highway featured fine food and wine in a unique, relaxing atmosphere.

There is a variety of seating options, including traditional dining, bar seating and a living room setting with couches and coffee tables. 

One interesting perk: The restaurant provides each table with an iPad that they use for their menu. Guests have the option of ordering menu items directly through the iPad, or they can place orders with their server in the traditional fashion. 

Currently, the restaurant is open in the evenings for dinner starting at 5 p.m. They will add lunch to their schedule in November.
