Suspected Auto Burglars Caught on Film

A man and a woman are wanted in connection with a recent burglary and fraud case in Carrollwood.

Hillsborough County sheriff’s deputies are looking for help to identify a man and woman they say might be responsible for a December auto burglary at Countrywood Apartments.

The incident took place sometime between the evening hours of Dec. 18 and the early morning hours of Dec. 19 at 12101 N. Dale Mabry Highway. Deputies say this is when someone entered a victim’s locked vehicle and took out a wallet that contained debit cards, credit cards and a driver’s license.

Around 3:49 a.m. Dec. 19, a man and a woman used one of the victim’s credit cards at the 3420 Handy Road Shell station. The victim’s card also showed two charges from the Countywood laundry room.

Surveillance photos of the two suspects have been released. The pair was seen driving a late 1990s white Chevy Astrovan.

The woman is between 30 and 40 years of age. She’s about 5 feet, 6 inches and 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs between 145 and 160 pounds. She has long blond hair and a tribal tattoo around her upper right arm. She was last seen wearing a dark gray shirt and blue jeans.

The male suspect is also between 30 and 40 years of age. He is about 5 feet, 8 inches to 5 feet, 10 inches in height and weighs about 150. He has dark hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, a white hooded shirt and blue jeans.

it makes wonder how stupid criminals are as almost every business and a growing numbers of homes have surveillance camera and even towns are getting them making it very likely to be caught on camera and now they’re getting smaller and very concealable so you do not even know if there filming you. However this does not bother me at all but it should make all would be criminals think about the risk as even if you think you have nothing to lose, you still have your life and your freedom. And before police release photos they put those photos into a national data base so there no were to hide unless you flee the country
