Why Fox TV Stars Visit Carrollwood to Clean

Characters from the Fox television show paid a visit to the Waiberman family’s home.

Hollywood is all about glitz and glamor, but recently it was more like grit and grime for cast members of the Fox show “Raising Hope.”

Stars Martha Plimpton and Garret Dillahunt paid a visit to Carrollwood’s Waiberman family to do what they do best on the show – clean. The pair, according to The Tampa Tribune, had some help from professionals in the field as they did laundry, vacuumed and spruced up the family’s lawn.

Ben Waiberman, 26, won a contest sponsored by the show. The grand prize was the spring cleaning gesture performed by the two stars.

“Raising Hope” is a comedy about a single father who is trying to bring up his daughter after her mother is executed for being a serial killer. The show airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on Fox.
