Free Haircut for Breast Cancer Survivors
Through October JC Penney's is offering free haircuts and styles for breast cancer survivors.
Do you know a breast cancer survivor or are one yourself? Head over to a JC Penney salon where breast cancer survivors will be treated to a free hair cut or style through October.
For every cut and style the department store will donate $1 to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (up to $50,000 total.)
