Name calling is commonplace during election season – especially presidential election season.
Even so, saying a sitting president can’t identify with the populace might be seen as hitting below the belt by some. But that’s essentially what presidential hopeful Mitt Romney did Tuesday during a campaign stop in Orlando.
"The president doesn't understand how his policies have made things so hard for the American people,” the Tampa Bay Times quoted Romney as saying. “It's finally time to have a president who is in touch with what's happening in America."
