Looking for somewhere to countdown to the New Year? You don't have to travel to far outside of the neighborhood. We've listed three New Year's Eve celebrations that are happening right here in Carrollwood:

1. Carmel Cafe and Wine Bar - 14306 N. Dale Mabry Highway, is offering a Prix Fixe menu with a wide variety of options along with wine and a champagne toast. The three-course menu is $29.95. Call for reservations 813-265-1415.
2. The Melting Pot Restaurant, 14404 N. Dale Mabry Highway, is hosting a party with a full menu of restaurant favorites including lobster tails, prawns or Vanilla Rum chicken. The cost for dinner is $59 per person. Call for reservations 813-962-6936.
3. Side Splitters, 12938 N. Dale Mabry Highway, is having a special event with comedian Happy Cole and an open bar from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m., party favors, champagne toast, music and dancing after the show. Tickets are $60 in advance, $65 day of show.
